Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving students across grades K–12. This contract position provides the opportunity to shape educational experiences in a supportive setting from August 27, 2026, to June 11, 2027. You'll work onsite, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support students in their learning and development.

What we're seeking:

  • Master's degree and active BCBA certification
  • Current Illinois licensure
  • Prior experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with school staff, students, and families
  • Experience managing a K–12 caseload, with attention to diverse learning and behavioral needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student needs
  • Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Directly implement interventions and provide ongoing supervision to staff and paraprofessionals
  • Lead training sessions and offer coaching to support staff, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Collect and interpret behavioral data to guide intervention decisions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
  • Communicate effectively with families to promote successful outcomes
