Embark on a rewarding assignment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting elementary-aged students in a school-based setting near Arlington Heights and Long Grove, IL. This contract opportunity runs from September 23 through December 11, with consistent weekday shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and guaranteed 7.5-hour workdays (including lunch).

In this coaching-focused position, you will partner with teachers, staff, and administration to improve behavioral outcomes for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. • Previous school-based experience or familiarity with K-5 populations highly valued
  • Strong ability to provide coaching and support to educational professionals

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a behavioral resource for teaching staff, administration, and support personnel
  • Provide hands-on coaching and consultation for positive behaviors and interventions
  • Analyze behavioral data and develop recommendations based on observations and team feedback
  • Foster a supportive atmosphere for both students and school staff
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate on action plans for improvement

This contract role offers a set schedule, a defined assignment window, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across an elementary school community—without the demands of a direct caseload. If you thrive as a consultant, enjoy empowering others, and are inspired to contribute to the academic and behavioral growth of young learners, apply today to bring your BCBA skills to this collaborative educational environment.

Compensation for this position ranges from $48.12 to $68.12. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
