Bring your clinical expertise and dedication to a dynamic onsite position supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Arlington Heights, IL area. This rewarding contract opportunity runs through June 3, 2027, and offers you the flexibility to work full-time at 35 hours per week—or to arrange a slightly reduced schedule if preferred. Your workday will run from 8:20am to 3:20pm, providing you a steady yet balanced routine.

You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team and school leadership dedicated to student progress. Your caseload will include five students experiencing behavioral challenges, though this number may fluctuate based on student needs. Your impact will be felt immediately as you guide, support, and empower both students and staff.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working within a school setting preferred
• Ability to provide assessment, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborative attitude toward working with special education staff, families, and administrators
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to student-centered care and data-driven practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Work directly with students requiring behavioral support
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel and families
• Collect, track, and evaluate behavioral data for ongoing intervention effectiveness
• Adjust strategies and recommendations as student needs evolve
