Step into a vital school-based role supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite position serves a K-12 caseload near Arlington, TX and provides an exciting opportunity to drive positive change across all grade levels. You’ll work directly with 50–75 students with varying behavior support needs, including 8–15 students who require intensive interventions. Key responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized intervention plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12), including diverse behavioral needs
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective behavioral intervention plans
- Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary school team
- Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support to a caseload of 50–75 students, including intensive interventions for higher-needs cases
- Conduct FBAs and translate findings into targeted behavioral intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Monitor ongoing student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Offer professional development, coaching, and support to school staff
