Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an engaging school environment near Arlington, TX! This full-time, onsite position runs from August 10, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and plays a vital role in creating positive behavioral change for students across various grade levels.

You’ll collaborate with education teams to address the needs of approximately 50–75 students who require behavioral support, including 8–15 students needing intensive intervention. Your expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing targeted support strategies will help shape student success in the classroom. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact while gaining valuable experience across diverse caseloads.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, K-12, preferred
  • Strong background in conducting FBAs and implementing behavior plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and meet the unique needs of each student

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive FBAs for students with varying behavior support needs
  • Develop, monitor, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct support and consultation to school staff and families
  • Document student progress and outcomes in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment to help students achieve their goals
