Required Qualifications:

• National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from BACB
• Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred
• Adaptability to travel between multiple district buildings
• Strong communication and consultative skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic K-12 setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior analytic services onsite throughout the district
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and training to school staff on implementing interventions
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive instructional and behavioral decisions
• Facilitate meetings, document progress, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
• Support students’ academic and social success through evidence-based strategies
