Bring your expertise in BCBA, RBT, or special education to help shape a positive and productive learning experience. Your background working with children diagnosed with Autism and ADHD will be highly valued as you guide and encourage students to reach their personal best.

What we’re looking for:

  • BCBA certification, Registered Behavior Technician, or Special Education Teacher qualifications
  • Prior experience in school settings, especially with behavioral support
  • Familiarity with 1:1 instructional approaches
  • Knowledge or experience working with Autism and ADHD is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Creative, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized support and instruction for a first-grade student in an extended school year program
  • Collaborate closely with on-site administration and other professionals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans as appropriate
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and share updates with the educational team
  • Create an engaging, supportive classroom environment that fosters growth and learning
