Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated professional to make an immediate impact as a Special Education Teacher for an Extended School Year program. In this full-time position, you'll work one-on-one with 1st grade students, providing individualized instruction and support tailored to their unique needs. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with on-site administration for guidance and resources, ensuring a supportive and well-resourced setting for both students and staff. If you have experience working with children with Autism or ADHD, your expertise will be highly valued.

Desired Qualifications and Credentials:

• Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Special Education Teacher
• Experience supporting students with Autism, ADHD, or behavioral needs in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and educational teams
• Ability to implement effective behavioral and instructional strategies in a 1:1 setting
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction to 1st grade students in alignment with IEP goals and best practices
• Address behavioral and academic needs through data-driven interventions
