Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Arlington, VA

An exciting opportunity awaits a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide dedicated support during an Extended School Year (ESY) program serving 1st grade students. This full-time, contract-to-hire position is conveniently located near Arlington, VA and offers the stability of 40 hours per week. You’ll build meaningful rapport while guiding students with behavioral needs to achieve success.

What You Bring:

• Active RBT or BCBA certification (required)
• Prior experience supporting students with Autism and/or ADHD valued
• Strong background in behavioral interventions and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role Highlights:
