  • Experience creating and implementing behavior intervention plans for children or adolescents in school settings
  • Strong communication abilities to collaborate with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop individualized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement behavior programs
  • Train and provide ongoing guidance to school staff in the application of behavior analytic principles
  • Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) or other planning meetings
