Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a BCBA
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention strategies
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments using evidence-based methodologies to develop functional behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor customized interventions for individual students or small groups
• Provide guidance, leadership, and training to school staff and paraprofessionals
