  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • State licensure (as required)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Oversee implementation of behavior intervention strategies
  • Train and consult with school staff regarding behavioral supports
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data
  • Foster family engagement and effective home-school collaboration
  • Document findings, progress, and recommendations in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain current best practices through continuing education and collaboration
