Elementary High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Arlington, VT

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving elementary, middle, and high school students on a contract basis, you'll collaborate with educators and families to design and implement effective behavioral interventions that support student success.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Valid licensure to practice as a behavior analyst
• Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to assess student needs and adapt strategies as required
• Prior school-based experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individual behavior intervention plans for students
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress
• Provide staff training on behavioral interventions and best practices
• Offer ongoing consultation and support to school personnel
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student development and well-being
• Maintain documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
