High School Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Arlington, Vermont

What you’ll bring to this role:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and active professional license
• Demonstrated experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong understanding of behavior assessment, intervention, and data-driven practices
• Ability to design and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention and support plans
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse student populations
• Familiarity with IDEA regulations and best practices in educational settings

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze results to shape individualized interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Train and mentor school staff in behavior management techniques and data collection
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators to support student development
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, offering expertise on behavioral goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school standards and legal requirements
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed
