As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving elementary, middle, and high school students on a contract basis, you'll collaborate with educators and families to design and implement effective behavioral interventions that support student success.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid licensure to practice as a behavior analyst
- Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Ability to assess student needs and adapt strategies as required
- Prior school-based experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individual behavior intervention plans for students
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based strategies
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Provide staff training on behavioral interventions and best practices
- Offer ongoing consultation and support to school personnel
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student development and well-being
- Maintain documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
