This full-time contract offers 37.5 hours per week, spanning from August 10, 2026, to June 4, 2027. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive atmosphere to foster positive student outcomes.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience providing behavioral interventions and assessments within a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Knowledge of data collection, documentation, and progress reporting
• Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop tailored BIPs
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Train and guide school personnel on positive behavior strategies and best practices
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Work collaboratively with school teams, families, and external providers
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, and ethical standards
