This full-time contract offers 37.5 hours per week, spanning from August 10, 2026, to June 4, 2027. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive atmosphere to foster positive student outcomes.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience providing behavioral interventions and assessments within a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Knowledge of data collection, documentation, and progress reporting
- Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop tailored BIPs
- Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Train and guide school personnel on positive behavior strategies and best practices
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Work collaboratively with school teams, families, and external providers
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, and ethical standards
