Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year | Oceano, California

Pay: $55.34–$60.71 per hour

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting throughout the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced BCBA who is passionate about improving student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral supports and collaboration with educational teams.

Position Details

  • School Year: August 10, 2026 – June 4, 2027
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: California

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze student data
  • Design and oversee the implementation of individualized behavioral interventions
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and other support staff
  • Collaborate with school teams to develop proactive behavioral strategies
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and administrators on behavioral best practices
  • Support data-driven decision making to enhance student growth and success
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student needs and collected data

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Must meet California requirements for working as a BCBA in a school-based setting
  • Experience providing behavioral services in educational environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
