Pay: $55.34–$60.71 per hour
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting throughout the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced BCBA who is passionate about improving student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral supports and collaboration with educational teams.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze student data
- Design and oversee the implementation of individualized behavioral interventions
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other support staff
- Collaborate with school teams to develop proactive behavioral strategies
- Serve as a resource for teachers and administrators on behavioral best practices
- Support data-driven decision making to enhance student growth and success
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student needs and collected data
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Must meet California requirements for working as a BCBA in a school-based setting
- Experience providing behavioral services in educational environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
