Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy services to students in school settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create data-driven behavior intervention plans
• Train and support staff in carrying out interventions and collecting data
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families for ongoing progress evaluation

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience with school-aged children, especially within public education settings
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to team goals
