Embark on an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the educational field as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, onsite contract position is based in the vibrant area near Arvada, CO, serving two elementary schools over the course of the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and monitoring applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs that support student achievement and personal growth.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification (required)
  • Valid CDE license or COOL; must be submitted with resume
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in an educational setting
  • Proficient in developing and overseeing individualized behavior support plans
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work full-time, onsite, 36 hours per week

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing positive behavior intervention strategies for students
  • Providing staff training, consultation, and support on ABA techniques and data collection procedures
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Monitoring progress and revising intervention plans as needed
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential records and regular reporting
  • Participating in IEP meetings as a behavior specialist and resource
