Certified Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Atascadero, CA

This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with the opportunity to work closely with students and educators in a collaborative environment. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• State license (if required)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strengths in collaboration and problem-solving

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to support behavior strategies
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate as an active member of IEP teams, attending meetings and offering expertise in behavioral supports

This contract offers competitive compensation, with pay rates ranging from $55 to $65 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
