Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and develop targeted strategies
• Design, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to ensure best practices
• Track student progress through consistent data collection, analysis, and detailed documentation
• Collaborate as an engaged member of IEP teams, contributing insights and participating in meetings as necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Current licensure required
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric environments is highly valued
