As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in supporting students within a vibrant and collaborative school environment. Your expertise will be put to use in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing impactful Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to individual student needs. Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
• Licensed as required for the position
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive FBAs to assess student needs and behaviors
• Design and implement evidence-based BIPs that promote student success
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching for teachers, support staff, and school teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate actively with IEP teams and participate in meetings as necessary
