This contract role offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) and the opportunity to partner directly with educational teams to shape positive learning experiences and outcomes for students.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide expert consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, contributing valuable insight during meetings as required

Preferred qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification—required
  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience—preferred
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and consultative practice

The caseload will vary according to district needs, ensuring opportunities for diverse clinical experiences and ongoing professional growth within a supportive, student-centered setting. Working closely with teams across the school, you’ll play a crucial role in driving behavioral success and creating inclusive learning environments.
