Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid state licensure

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to support student growth
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each student
• Offer consultation and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate actively in meetings to advocate for student needs
