Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
- Experience working with school-aged youth, preferably across a range of grade levels (1st–12th grade)
- Solid grasp of behavior intervention planning, data collection, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Comfortable consulting and partnering with teachers, administrators, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individual behavior intervention plans tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school professionals to implement effective strategies for student success
- Provide direct support and training for educators and parents
