Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Experience working with school-aged youth, preferably across a range of grade levels (1st–12th grade)
• Solid grasp of behavior intervention planning, data collection, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Comfortable consulting and partnering with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills
