This opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience working across multiple grade levels, from 1st through 3rd grade, as well as 10th through 12th grades. The position is based in a vibrant educational setting in Atlanta, GA, offering a contract role supporting students’ behavioral and educational development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students from early elementary to high school levels.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance students’ learning environments.
  • Provide ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure treatment efficacy.
  • Train and support school staff in behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and adapt interventions as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience supporting students in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles applied within school settings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a contract role within a school environment.
