Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working with students in elementary (1st–3rd) and high school (10th–12th) settings
- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and development of behavior intervention plans
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt behavioral strategies for varying ages and developmental needs
- Comfortable providing staff training and ongoing support to teachers and aides
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across assigned grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes
- Deliver professional development and coaching for school staff on effective behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines and documentation requirements
