Take the next step in your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-27 academic year. You will be supporting students in need of behavioral interventions and collaborating with dedicated educational teams.
In this role, you will work 37.5 hours per week, covering cases across five schools in the area. With a current caseload of seven students, you’ll have the ability to provide focused and high-quality BCBA support. Please note: there are no Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) requiring supervision at this time, allowing you to concentrate fully on direct student support and program development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience in a school-based or educational setting preferred
- Proven skills in conducting assessments, developing interventions, and implementing behavior support plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Strong organizational abilities to manage a caseload across multiple schools
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and generate comprehensive reports
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective supports
- Provide direct student support and consultation with school staff
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
