Step into a pivotal role for the 2026-27 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a direct, lasting difference in the lives of students. In this full-time contract position, you will support a diverse group of learners across five schools, working 37.5 hours per week. Your expertise will be dedicated to enhancing student outcomes by providing specialized behavioral support and collaborating closely with school teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting school-aged children, ideally within educational settings
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to implement effective behavioral plans
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Self-motivation and organizational acumen to manage a caseload spanning five campuses
  • Adaptability and willingness to work independently with a focus on positive student outcomes

Primary responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary BCBA for seven students needing ongoing behavioral support
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention strategies
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of BCBA-led initiatives
  • Monitor student progress, make data-driven adjustments, and deliver ongoing consultation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions, goals, and student progress
  • Provide training and coaching for school professionals working with students, ensuring best practices are consistently implemented
  • While RBT supervision is not required at this time, your proactive leadership will continue to guide student growth
