Seeking a dedicated professional to provide expertise and support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. This full-time opportunity offers an engaging caseload and dynamic day-to-day experience, allowing you to create meaningful change for students across five schools in the vicinity of Auburn University, AL.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience working within school settings highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and independently
  • Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Positive, student-centered approach committed to promoting academic and behavioral growth

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support to a caseload of approximately seven students in need of BCBA services
  • Serve five schools, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop and refine strategies tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions as necessary throughout the academic year
  • Lead data collection efforts and provide ongoing training to school personnel regarding best practices in behavior analysis
  • No RBT supervision is required within this assignment, allowing focus on direct student and staff support
