Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in schools preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to assess behavioral needs, collect data, and monitor student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive evaluations for students
- Design, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train, support, and consult with school staff and parents on ABA strategies
- Collaborate with IEP teams to develop goals and track progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with school policies
- Serve as a resource for staff on best practices in behavioral support
- Provide ongoing data analysis and recommendations to promote positive student outcomes
