Certified Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Aurora, CO

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and valid state licensure
• Experience working in school environments, ideally with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong skills in behavior assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring

• Clear communication, both written and verbal, with students, staff, and families
• Organized, dependable, and passionate about supporting student development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and oversee implementation of evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to develop and modify plans that support individual student needs
• Monitor data collection systems and adjust interventions based on ongoing progress
• Provide professional learning and behavioral support to staff and caregivers
• Maintain appropriate documentation, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
• Support students across all grade levels, adapting approaches to meet developmental needs
