Elementary Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Aurora, CO

Key Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification and current licensure
• Experience working across elementary, middle, and high school levels is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation in educational settings
• Strong ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven support plans
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads across various grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and design individualized behavioral intervention programs
• Work alongside educators and support staff to implement ABA strategies in classrooms
• Train and guide teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavior support plans and interventions
• Monitor student progress, update plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student support
