Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students requiring support

• Provide staff training and ongoing coaching on behavior strategies and best practices
• Collect and analyze data to guide and refine intervention processes
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to share insights and progress updates
• Engage with families to facilitate partnership in supporting student goals
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and district policies in all aspects of behavior services
