Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid BCBA certification and active state license required
- Experience working within school settings, with proficiency supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and methodologies
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
