Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid BCBA certification and active state license required

• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and interpret collected data to inform intervention strategies
• Design and update individualized BIPs to address student needs, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student progress reviews
• Provide training and coaching for teachers and aides on ABA strategies and best practices
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district protocols
