Desired Qualifications:

• Active and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience providing ABA services within a school or educational setting preferred
• Strong analytical, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with educators, support staff, parents, and students
• Dedicated to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to inform IEP development and carry out behavioral goals
• Train, guide, and support staff and teachers in best practices for student behavior management
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, progress reports, and compliance with relevant guidelines
