Desired Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and experience in functional behavioral assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor data-driven behavior intervention plans
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Provide ongoing consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and families on implementing ABA strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in behavioral supports and strategies
• Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school policies and professional standards
