In this position, you'll provide expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year, working 35 hours weekly. Your knowledge and skill will benefit a diverse student group, collaborating closely with educators and staff to ensure the highest quality behavioral services in a supportive environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Prior experience working with schools or pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and Cooperative Programming.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families.
  • Ability to assess, develop, and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and interpreting data in school-based environments.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring effective behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Providing guidance, training, and consultation to teachers and school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Supporting students through direct services and collaborative problem solving, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation regarding student progress and interventions.
  • Participating in team meetings, individual education plan (IEP) processes, and family communications as needed.
