Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience in educational or school-based settings, supporting students with a variety of behavioral and emotional needs

• Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing caseloads and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive student assessments, create functional behavior assessments, and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Lead and implement behavior interventions, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and behavioral goals
• Deliver training and guidance to school staff regarding best practices in behavior management and social-emotional development
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
