Make an Impact as a School-Based BCBA – Part-Time Opportunity in Aurora, IL

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a meaningful school-based role with flexibility and variety? Soliant is looking for a dedicated Part-Time BCBA to support students across multiple school locations in the Aurora, Illinois area. This position provides the opportunity to work alongside educators and support teams while helping students develop skills, improve behaviors, and achieve success throughout the school year.

Position Highlights:

• Part-Time Position (0.2 FTE)
• Full School Year Assignment
• School-Based Setting
• Serving 3 school sites in the Aurora, IL area
• Flexible schedule based on district needs and candidate availability
• Active BCBA certification required

Your Role:

• Provide behavioral expertise and consultation to school teams across assigned locations
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support implementation of positive behavior supports and evidence-based ABA strategies
• Review behavioral data and make recommendations to improve student outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and related service providers
• Offer coaching and training to staff working with students with behavioral needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student-centered goals
• Help create consistent behavioral supports across multiple school environments

Ideal Candidate:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience providing ABA services in educational settings preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and school teams
• Comfortable supporting multiple campuses throughout the school year

Compensation for this position ranges from $48.12 to $68.12. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
