Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify student needs.
  • Design and oversee effective behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students.
  • Support and train school staff and teachers on behavioral techniques and positive supports.
  • Provide ongoing direct and consultative services to ensure students’ behavioral and academic progress.
  • Regularly gather behavioral data and report on progress to educational teams and families.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with school and ethical standards.
