Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify student needs.
- Design and oversee effective behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students.
- Support and train school staff and teachers on behavioral techniques and positive supports.
- Provide ongoing direct and consultative services to ensure students’ behavioral and academic progress.
- Regularly gather behavioral data and report on progress to educational teams and families.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school and ethical standards.
