Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification, in good standing
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ABA principles
- Skilled in functional behavioral assessment and individualized treatment planning
- Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff, families, and administrators
- Flexible, organized, and committed to fostering student success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing support and coaching for teachers and paraprofessionals in implementing behavioral strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, school psychologists, and other specialists
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on positive behavior supports and ABA best practices
- Maintain thorough documentation and prepare reports for district and/or insurance as required
