Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Ballwin, MO

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working within a school-based setting preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and program development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective consultation and training
• Ability to collaborate constructively with educators, support staff, and other behavior analysts

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized programs to support student success
• Deliver real-time coaching and training to classroom teachers regarding program implementation
• Consult regularly with classroom staff, providing guidance and sharing best practices
• Work collaboratively with other BCBAs and contribute to team-based solutions
• Support school operations including student arrival, dismissal, and addressing building-wide needs
• Respond appropriately and efficiently to crisis situations as they occur
• Provide direct behavioral services as assigned and fulfill other related duties as needed
