This position is centered around providing expert behavioral support during a maternity leave in the 26/27 school year. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and other BCBAs, ensuring all students receive the benefit of your specialized knowledge and compassionate guidance.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, with expected dates from August 18, 2026, through October 23, 2026 (or upon the return of the staff member). You'll manage a caseload of approximately 35-45 students, offering meaningful guidance and intervention during a pivotal time.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience supporting school-aged children
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching and training to classroom staff
  • Adaptability and composure in crisis situations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized programs for students
  • Offer real-time training and ongoing support for teachers and paraeducators
  • Consult with classroom teams to ensure effective behavioral interventions
  • Partner with other BCBAs and school staff to meet building needs, including arrival and dismissal procedures
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to any behavioral crisis situations
  • Deliver direct services to students as needed
  • Provide expertise and assistance for emerging needs throughout the assignment
