Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Ability to write and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify student needs
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized BIPs
- Train and support school personnel on behavioral strategies and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide consultation and recommendations
- Observe students in classroom settings and offer ongoing guidance
- Collect and interpret behavioral data to measure intervention effectiveness
- Ensure all documentation meets legal and professional standards
