Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and techniques
• Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and parents
• Ability to write and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify student needs
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized BIPs
• Train and support school personnel on behavioral strategies and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide consultation and recommendations
• Observe students in classroom settings and offer ongoing guidance
• Collect and interpret behavioral data to measure intervention effectiveness
• Ensure all documentation meets legal and professional standards
