Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to the next level by making an impact in an inclusive school-based Intensive Needs Program near Baltimore, MD. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to shape and enhance student outcomes within a supportive, interdisciplinary educational setting.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland
  • Active national BCBA credential
  • Strong background conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Experience designing, implementing, and training staff on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Familiarity with school-based settings and collaborative team environments

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive FBAs and work closely with IEP teams to create individualized behavior support strategies
  • Oversee the rollout and ongoing effectiveness of BIPs, making sure that interventions are followed with fidelity
  • Coach and mentor school staff on best practices for BIP implementation
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, using this information to drive positive student outcomes
  • Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of services and interventions
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings to support student needs collaboratively
