Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Baltimore, MD

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, support personnel, and families to implement evidence-based strategies
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and modeling to school staff on behavioral supports and interventions
• Monitor progress, collect and analyze data, and make timely adjustments to behavior plans as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Foster a supportive and inclusive educational environment for all students
