Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in a school-based or educational setting is highly desired

  • Ability to provide training and consultative support to school staff and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to inform treatment plans
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide consultation, coaching, and professional development to teachers and staff
  • Facilitate collaboration with families to support student growth
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reports following school standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal setting
