Job Title: School Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Baltimore, MD
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

Pay: $50-65/hr

Requirements:

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) License 
• School and autism experience is preferred
• Graduate Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (Master's or PhD)

Job Details:

• Contract Position: 26/27 School Year
• Caseload: K-21 years old
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school administrators, RS providers, and families.
• Support students by reducing maladaptive behaviors and promoting appropriate behaviors.
• Provide strategies to enhance students' skill acquisition.
• Participate in the school's crisis team to assist students facing significant behavioral challenges.

• Responsibilities: Managing Special Education Students, Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) Meetings, RBT Supervisory Services, Data Collection, Interpretation and Analysis, Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Evaluations, Provide Behavior support, and Early Childhood Experience is a Plus.
