Key Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification
• Experience providing ABA services in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• State licensure or ability to obtain licensure if required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Train and supervise RBTs and other behavioral support personnel
• Gather and analyze behavioral data to track progress and modify interventions as needed
• Facilitate collaboration with IEP teams, participate in meetings, and maintain accurate documentation
