Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification (must be current)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong understanding of best practices in ABA and behavioral assessment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Maine licensure or eligibility to obtain proper state credentials

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Train and support teachers, staff, and families on behavioral strategies
• Collect data, maintain accurate records, and prepare comprehensive reports
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings and consultations
• Provide ongoing evaluation and adjustment of interventions as needed
