Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
• Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral principles, data collection, and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide training and consultation to teachers, aides, and families
• Supervise the implementation of behavioral interventions and monitor progress
• Collect, analyze, and report data to measure student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation processes
