Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams, administrators, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services to support students with behavioral and academic needs
  • Train school staff and teachers on implementing behavioral interventions and data collection methods
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust intervention plans as needed
  • Collaborate in IEP and team meetings to advocate for student needs and ensure compliance with educational guidelines
  • Offer professional development and ongoing support for staff on behavior management techniques
