Desired Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active state licensure
• Proven experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students

• Understanding of best practices in ABA and behavioral assessment

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and oversee the implementation of positive behavior support plans
• Collect, analyze, and interpret student data to inform ongoing interventions
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for school administrators, teachers, and families
• Provide training to school staff to foster effective behavioral supports
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all requirements
