Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and active license
• Experience working within school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Skill in assessing behavioral needs and developing targeted intervention plans

• Familiarity with IEP processes and data-driven decision-making
• Adaptability to work across various age groups and educational environments

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and support staff on behavior management strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans
• Offer consultation and support to families regarding behavioral goals for their students
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings as required
