Desired Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification and active license
- Experience working within school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)

- Familiarity with IEP processes and data-driven decision-making
- Adaptability to work across various age groups and educational environments
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Provide guidance and training to teachers and support staff on behavior management strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans
- Offer consultation and support to families regarding behavioral goals for their students
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings as required
