• Offer ongoing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), maintaining compliance with BACB standards.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Consistently monitor student progress, refining and adjusting interventions to maximize effectiveness.
