An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Behavioral Case Manager to lend expertise in a high school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, contract role is perfect for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a difference in students’ lives. You’ll work closely with a caseload of approximately 10-20 high school students and play an essential role in supporting both students and staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- National certification
- Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
- Proven ability to conduct Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
- Strong instructional skills for coaching teachers on behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and lead the implementation of behavioral plans for students
- Take ownership of conducting BIPs and FBAs, functions previously managed by the school psychologist
- Deliver direct behavioral support to high school students within your caseload
- Guide and train teachers on effective behavioral plan execution
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure the success of interventions and promote a positive learning climate
