This full-time, contract opportunity is designed for a dedicated professional ready to deliver behavioral oversight, develop programs, and offer direct support to students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification is a must
  • Preferably brings prior experience in a school-based setting
  • In-depth knowledge of behavior-analytic principles and their application with students on the autism spectrum
  • Proven skills in program development, data analysis, and individualized support strategies
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with educators and families
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and refine behavioral interventions tailored to individual student needs within the Autism and Early Years Program
  • Provide direct support and coaching for staff working alongside students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities
  • Monitor student progress, adjust intervention plans, and analyze behavioral data
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and growth
  • Offer training to staff and families on best behavioral practices
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, ethical, and program standards

This is an on-site role, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, spanning the academic year from late August to mid-June.
