• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals to ensure effective behavior support strategies
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed for student success
• Facilitate team meetings and provide resources to school staff
• Maintain compliance with district and state documentation requirements
• Serve as a go-to resource for assigned sites, fostering a positive learning environment
