A rewarding contract opportunity awaits Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) eager to deliver their expertise in a dynamic school environment. This full-time role provides the chance to make a significant impact supporting both an Autism Program and Early Years/PreK Program, working directly with students presenting moderate to severe cognitive needs.
You will collaborate with educational teams to provide behavioral interventions, develop program strategies, and offer direct student support. Your ability to drive positive behavioral change will be instrumental as you serve as a key resource for both staff and students.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active BCBA certification (required); please provide current certification verification.
- Preferred: school-based experience, especially with Autism spectrum and early childhood settings.
- Strong background in behavior assessment, plan development, and training educational staff.
- Proven ability to support students with moderate to severe cognitive and behavioral differences.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to on-site work only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee behavioral intervention plans for Autism and Early Childhood classrooms.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data.
- Train, support, and consult with teachers, aides, and administrators to implement effective behavior strategies.
- Lead collaborative team meetings to review student progress and adapt interventions as necessary.
- Offer direct observation, modeling, and guidance to ensure fidelity of behavior plans.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for all services provided.
This contract spans the 2026–2027 school year, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours each week. You will be part of a dedicated educational environment focused on student success and growth.
