Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience or enthusiasm for working within a school setting
• Comfortable serving students of all grade levels, from early childhood through high school
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data-driven practice
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design comprehensive intervention strategies
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support a positive school climate
• Oversee implementation of behavioral intervention plans, training and guiding staff as needed
• Track student progress, analyze data, and adjust supports to maximize student growth
• Take part in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input for students with behavioral needs
• Provide one-on-one and small group guidance while encouraging independence and self-advocacy among students
