An established school district near Bear is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple campuses while partnering with school leaders to support student success.

Location: Bear, DE 19701

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

School Year:

• 2026-2027

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments

• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Support behavioral programming

• Participate in staff selection and collaboration efforts

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification

• Experience working with children preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
