Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Beaverton, OR

Your expertise will help design and deliver lessons reflecting state standards and district objectives, ensuring alignment with each student’s IEP, 504, or behavioral plan. You’ll work collaboratively across classrooms and programs to enrich learning, promote independence, and foster positive social interactions for all students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Extensive experience working with students with Autism
• SPED teaching credentials and background preferred
• Solid understanding of applied behavior analysis, including discrete trial teaching, functional routines, pivotal response training, and incidental teaching
• Proficiency with IEP/504 development and implementation
• Ability to adapt and modify curriculum for diverse ASD learners
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, productive environment with positive behavioral supports

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and interpret student needs to determine service eligibility and create tailored behavior support plans
• Design and deliver evidence-based interventions in a variety of instructional formats, supporting social and play skills
• Guide and coach fellow educators on classroom strategies and ASD best practices
• Participate in IEP meetings, compliance procedures, and team processes
• Provide staff, parent, and service provider training on instructional interventions and support strategies
• Advocate for student and family needs, facilitating access to community and regional resources
• Ensure consistent, punctual attendance and professional engagement
