BCBA-certified professionals with relevant school-based experience are highly valued for this position.
What you bring:
- BCBA certification with demonstrated expertise in school-based settings
- Experience with ASD populations, including Asperger’s and high-functioning autism
- Deep understanding of instructional design, behavior analysis, and ethical practice
- Familiarity with IEP, 504, and behavior support plan processes
- Strong data collection, interpretation, and reporting skills
- Culturally responsive approach to intervention and family collaboration
- Flexibility to work across varied educational environments and age groups (K–21)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

- Deliver research-based instructional and behavioral interventions for ASD learners in diverse settings
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized behavior support plans using ABA principles

- Lead and assist with IEP development, meetings, and progress tracking

- Offer professional and parent training using efficient, engaging formats

- Stay current on best practices and adhere to district and legal protocols
