Bring your expertise to the following key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer hands-on consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff
- Collect data, monitor student progress, and analyze results for ongoing improvement
- Maintain documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with IEP teams and actively participate in relevant meetings
A successful candidate will meet these qualifications:
- Current, active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Strong background in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Valid state licensure as required
