Middle School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Beaverton, OR

Travel to the vibrant Beaverton area as a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a full-time contract assignment. In this dynamic, school-based position, you’ll partner with elementary through high school students and their educational teams, driving positive outcomes for students’ behavioral and learning needs. Bring your expertise to the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer hands-on consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff
• Collect data, monitor student progress, and analyze results for ongoing improvement
• Maintain documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with IEP teams and actively participate in relevant meetings

A successful candidate will meet these qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Strong background in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Valid state licensure as required
