Certified High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Beaverton, Oregon

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, required
• Licensed to practice in applicable fields
• Experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and guide supports
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
• Provide consultation, coaching, and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams, contribute input during meetings, and help build cohesive support plans
