High School Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Bennington, VT

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supporting the behavioral and academic needs of students in elementary, middle, and high school environments. Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Valid state license in Behavior Analysis or related field, or eligibility to obtain
• Demonstrated experience within school settings (elementary, middle, and high school preferred)
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans
• Skill in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and create data-driven behavior intervention plans for a diverse student population
• Provide direct support, training, and consultation to teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes
• Lead team meetings and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
• Support the creation of a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment across grade levels
• Promote evidence-based practices to address behavioral challenges and encourage social-emotional growth
