Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Valid licensure to practice as a BCBA
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring in school settings
• Dedication to student-centered and evidence-based practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted behavior intervention strategies
• Provide direct support and consultation to teachers and staff regarding behavior management and classroom strategies
• Train and mentor school personnel to effectively implement individualized interventions
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss student progress and adapt intervention plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with educational and professional standards
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff to promote success and inclusion
