Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs through observation and evaluation; gather data for functional behavioral assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans across varied classrooms and grade levels
  • Train and support teachers, aides, and parents in ABA strategies and best practices
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with other service providers
  • Track student progress, make data-driven modifications, and document outcomes
  • Provide crisis intervention support and recommendations as needed
