What you bring:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs within a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to provide staff training, support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach with teachers, students, and families
  • Knowledge of best practices in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring

What you'll do:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify student behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
  • Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based programs in classroom and individual settings
  • Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data, adjusting plans as required to achieve student goals
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training for school staff and RBTs, empowering them to use evidence-based techniques
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
