Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience within a school setting strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and detail-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive functional behavioral assessments for students requiring support
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service staff to provide resources and guidance
  • Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies and data tracking methodologies
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to evaluate plan effectiveness and inform recommendations
  • Consult regularly with families, administrators, and teachers to ensure cohesive support and progress
  • Remain current with best practices, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in school-based ABA
