Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Current, active BCBA license

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and case management skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and synthesize results to inform intervention strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for students
• Provide training, coaching, and support to school staff and families
• Collect and analyze data to drive decision-making and track student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary teams, and professional development opportunities
