Certified Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Benton, AR

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and relevant state license
• Experience applying ABA principles in school settings, with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop thorough behavior intervention plans
• Experience training and guiding school staff on evidence-based behavioral interventions

Responsibilities:

• Perform behavioral assessments to determine student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students across grade levels
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to school teams, teachers, and paraprofessionals
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure progress and inform interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attend IEP meetings, and maintain thorough documentation
• Deliver staff training and workshops on behavior management and ABA best practices
