Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Berkeley, CA

What we’re looking for:

• Current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• California credential with Board Certified Behavior Analyst Authorization (required)
• Experience working with school-age children, ideally within educational settings
• Strong assessment, data collection, and intervention planning skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Organizational skills to manage a varied caseload efficiently
• Commitment to compassionate, student-centered support
• Willingness to be onsite full-time throughout the contract

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
• Provide direct and indirect support to students, staff, and families
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Support multidisciplinary teams in implementing best practices
• Track student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation

This contract role is scheduled from August 5, 2026 through November 20, 2026, with 37.5 hours per week onsite.
