Step into a rewarding role supporting students with behavioral needs in an on-site, contract-based position for two Board Certified Behavior Analysts. These roles run from August 5, 2026, through November 20, 2026, offering a unique opportunity to make a positive impact during MAT leaves. You’ll be based in a vibrant educational setting near Berkeley, CA, working within a collaborative team environment to support student growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California credential with BCBA Authorization is required
  • Demonstrated experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, preferably in a school environment
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and families
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans in educational settings
  • Flexible and capable of adapting to evolving caseload needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess and design intervention programs for students with behavioral needs
  • Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, parents, and staff
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, creating and updating behavioral goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to district protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a culturally diverse environment

This is a full-time, on-site role, with 37.5 hours per week guaranteed. It’s an opportunity to support students, contribute to a dynamic school community, and gain valuable experience working alongside experienced professionals in an urban district.
