Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Possession of a valid California Credential: Pupil Personnel Services - School Psychology
- English Learner Authorization
- At least three recent letters of recommendation demonstrating professional excellence
- Proven ability to collaborate within school teams and provide effective clinical guidance
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver ongoing clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) throughout the school year
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and administrators to create and implement behavior intervention plans
- Monitor student progress, assess data, and adjust strategies to ensure the best outcomes
- Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive educational environment for students with diverse needs
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal documentation and reporting requirements
